“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Aruba for two nights, and overall, I had a wonderful experience. The resort is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The property is well maintained, and being right on the beach made the stay even more enjoyable. I really appreciated the atmosphere and the convenience of being close to restaurants and shopping. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Aruba.”

“A couple of friends and I used the rental for less than a day to shower and leave our things somewhere safe while we walked around the downtown area. The host were extremely accommodating even with us only using the unit for a few hours. They helped us get a taxi after 10pm on the 4th of July while traffic was still very busy from the fireworks show.
The property had the most adorable feline security guard.”

“Amazing views! Loved this resort, convenient to beach and pool. Restaurants on site were good. Deli was amazing. Towels are provided but went to exchange at 6 and they were closed (they say they close at 7). They also start putting away chairs as people leave beach and going down to watch sunset around 7 we couldn’t find a
Chair, they were locked. We did not see drink or food service while on the beach. I think there were some activities like bingo but we never for information on anything hosted……
