“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“This was my 4th time in Aruba and my first time at the Hilton. It was hands down my favorite place to stay. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous. The first word that came to my mind when I got here the first day was serene. The location of everything is perfect. You have everything at your fingertips. The staff was excellent…very accommodating and so much fun! The food choices are great and there’s always something going on. You literally don’t have to leave the property if you didn’t want……

“A warm and friendly host. A beautiful green tropical little paradise. Within walking distance of Palm Beach and the strip. A fun time was had! Thank you for the lovely memories.”

“A couple of friends and I used the rental for less than a day to shower and leave our things somewhere safe while we walked around the downtown area. The host were extremely accommodating even with us only using the unit for a few hours. They helped us get a taxi after 10pm on the 4th of July while traffic was still very busy from the fireworks show. The property had the most adorable feline security guard.”

“This was my second of what I hope to be many stays at the Divi Phoenix. The Divi Phoenix is located at the end of the Aruba high rise hotel area on Palm Beach. It’s a little less than a mile from all the restaurants which is a flat walk down the boardwalk along Palm Beach. The location is far away enough from all of the activity but a close walk to it. The beach and pools are always clean and well kept. Julio was always at the beach promptly at 7am to put out my chairs. The rooms are also clean……
