“Staff are polite and professional”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“Close to the beach, restaurants and the staff was friendly and helpful. Particularly Kyle, who helped me with my bags when I checked in,and he pointed out places to go.”

“Clean room, good breakfast and good amenities!”

“Loved this place! The staff was friendly, the service was outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious. We had a great experience and will definitely be coming back!”

“Lack of bathrooms because of renovations . Traveled many islands over years first time being charged for shade on beach. You pay so much for hotel should be included. Will pick another when we go back.”

“The peaceful feeling was more than I expected, the place was clean , staff was super friendly, pools were beautiful . A place that I highly recommend if your goal is to relax .”

“Great place. Close to beachs and the strip Property was well kept. Will be back again. Thx”

“Great staff. Facilities are old and lack of maintaince. ”

“We needed to stay for an extra night in Aruba, and our original hotel was asking for way too much for one night stay. I did a bit or research and came across this hotel. We were very happy with the cleanliness, communication with staff and the room. While it has a small pool to relax, we did not get a chance to explore it since we only stayed for the night. However, I could definitely see us coming back next year. Each room has its own access code; there is a grill that can be used for cooking……

“一切都十分满意，就是有一点觉得房间空气/有点霉气，员工非常热情，地点十分便利”

“I wanted to stay in Aruba a little longer than my timeshare allowed, and I’m so glad I found Aruba Palms! Aruba Palms is very clean, convenient, and AFFORDABLE —everything I was looking for. It was a comfortable place to stay and made extending my vacation easy and stress-free. I would definitely stay at Aruba Palms again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an EXCEPTIONAL value while visiting Aruba!”

“Rooms were clean spacious comfortable and modern. Balcony gave ocean view. Staff is top tier especially Erwin and Michelle from concierge!!”

“Could never stay in the area it was in. Definitely not what we expected. No money back and still couldn’t stay there.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Modern Hotel! The hotel is cute, clean, and has a nice, relaxing atmosphere. The staff met us when we arrived and were very welcoming. There was a slight language barrier, but we were still able to communicate and understand each other without any problem. The only thing to be aware of is that you do have a little bit of a walk to get to the ocean, but it wasn't a major issue for us. Overall, we had a great experience and wouldn't definitely consider staying……
