Food at the buffet is always plentiful and only extremely picky people cannot find something to eat. The beach and the bay are exceptional. But the best thing are the staff. Get to know them and they will forever take care of you."

"Second time at this property and they made quite a few upgrades, such as the new coffee and ice cream shop. Our family came back because of the great food, hospitality and beautiful scenery. My only complaint would be the sales people's at the front desk that try to force a sales pitch breakfast meeting, they are extremely annoying if you even think about hearing what they have to say. Besides that, we had a great time."

"Azul is a pretty hotel, but there’s room for improvement. I upgraded from a standard “motel” type room to the swim up room on the “prestige”side and was not disappointed. Although the pools were dirty most times, the beach was quite relaxing. They really should upgrade their pillows and pillow tops in the cabana area. I noticed both rooms could use a bit of a deep cleaning such as the toilet bowls and shower head area. Food options were amazing! Plenty of restaurants to choose from. The...
