"Cleanest rental I’ve ever seen! Inside was updated and very comfortable. Was me, my husband, and adult daughter. Our king bed was very comfortable. Pullout coach would benefit from a little extra padding but otherwise it was perfect. Checkin was easy and on-site manager very helpful. Communication very prompt and responsive. Definitely an A+!"

"Stayed just before Memorial weekend. Although we arrived in the rain, & the fog and chill didn't lift until we left on our 4th day, the apt felt light & airy. (Some written instructions re heat & AC would have been welcome.) Would have loved to use the 2 decks more than we did, but the air circulation with the deck doors open was perfect. Beds comfortable, tho what seemed to be the "main" bedroom had the smaller bed in it & the Q bed was squeezed into the smaller bedroom. Nice appointments,...

"We loved being able to walk to cafes, restaurants and the bookstore and the proximity of the bike path meant that we didn't need our car much at all. We rode bikes to lunch spots, the beach, and to the pickleball courts. The house was tidy and had everything we needed."

"We had a great stay. Central location, very quiet street. The property is just as listed with one added highlight - the back deck was a great spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails! Our only challenge was communication - before our stay we got lots of email, VRBO and text messages, but they all seemed to be coming from different people. "We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Home was immaculate, beautiful and had everything we needed. The pool was so beautiful, hot tub was great for after run soaks or starlight wind downs. We grilled, loved the well stocked kitchen, had glorious family meals inside and out. "Don't expect the Ritz, but for a "beach house" it's on point. As the listing states, it's right on the water (bay of the ocean). The tide does go way out for several hours a day leaving just sand, but many seem to like to walk out there especially with their dogs. Appliances could use replacing, but they worked just fine.
