"Our flight was very late so we arrived after midnight, but reception girl was very welcoming. However, they took a 100 dollar deposit for only one night, which we have not had returned yet. This seems to happen a lot in Canada as our Toronto hotel did the same and 2 weeks later it is still not returned."

"The location is amazing, only a few minutes walk from the waterfront. The decor is dated but that is reflected in the price. The beds were comfortable and the staff were helpful when we wanted to heat up some food. My kids enjoyed the heated pool (pool toys available)."

"Upon check in the room mirrors were dusty. The safe was not available. I asked to have it opened so we cold use it and it was not done. The TV kept freezing. Had to call 3 times about it. Other than that very comfortable room.."
