“My stay at the MainStay Hotel was truly enjoyable! The staff was welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with all the little touches that made it feel like home. I also appreciated how peaceful and quiet the atmosphere was—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was convenient, and the breakfast was a nice bonus. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would absolutely stay here again!”

“Hotel staff were great. “Suite” was a total disaster. Carpets were at least 10 years old with holes and furniture was as old and very uncomfortable. Never would have rented this “Suite” if we knew the true condition. Online pictures paint a very different picture.”

“The room is not cleaned every day! Attract customers with low prices, and then charge for floating rooms seven days ago! It's a scam at all ! The bed was too high and the chair wobbled! Toilet exhaust fan and air conditioner are too noisy!”

“因為就在湖畔正旁邊，離市區是很近的，優點是走路就可以去到芝加哥城市的任一個地點，current 早餐很多樣化很好吃; 缺點可能就是飯店比較老舊一點，停車在飯店過夜是US 84元。”
