"We very much enjoyed our stay! The room was decent, the beds and pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The location is great, because it’s close enough to midtown attractions without being in the craziness of midtown. Subway access was super convenient to get pretty much anywhere in the city. Two minor things that didn’t justify taking away a star: The bedside light didn’t have a switch, so we had to keep plugging and unplugging it behind the table, which was surprisingly annoying. Also, nearly every day we came back to the room after a day of walking in crazy heat (always different times, always later in the day), housekeeping either hadn’t been by or were still cleaning. A minor inconvenience, but a bit frustrating when you desperately want to lay down and rest before going out for an evening. Minor issues that didn’t diminish our overall stay, but could have been better. Overall, highly recommended for anyone staying in Manhattan."
