“All staff are helpful with good smile. Rooms are very clean and tidy but a little bit old. Mini stores and massage shop and restaurant are available outside the hotel. Breakfast choice good for western guest. It is recommended to add a noodle station for the Asians. A departure lounge for the checked-out guests to meet the late flight schedule.”

“The furniture are old. There were wood lices found. No hook in the bathroom. No USB port installed. The toothbrushes were broken. The breakast restaurant was chaotic and messy. Food was not refilled fast enough. Not enough escalators, waiting time for escalator was long. ”

“We checked in late at around 10pm, and were greeted with kind and nice staff members. we had to check out early in the morning, the receptionist contacted catering staff once she knew that and helped us to arrange a breakfast box at 5:15am in the morning (their breakfast starts at 6:30am), which we found very considerate. The breakfast was nicely arranged with different foods including vegetables, egg, chicken, sausages, bacon, croissant, bread roll and fruits. It was ready at the lobby at……

“Comfy room, the janitor always returns a neat room to me when i am back from the tiring trip. The receptionist are nice and helpful to solve your problem. I think the thing they can improve is the facillities in the gym room and the food of the breakfast buffet. The dessert/ pastry looks staying overnight. The hot food also doesnt taste nice.”
