“Everything was amazing! It was peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. We didn’t get to use the spa unfortunately, but in the future we will stay here when we’re in Firenze. Location is convenient, with a park across the street. It didn’t take long to walk to the place from the train station. Alice was hospitable and took great care of us when it was time to check out! There is free coffee, a Lavazza modo mio machinetta which makes some good quick espresso to start your day right. My girlfriend believes……

“Wir haben das Familienappartement gebucht und waren zu dritt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Appartement ist sehr groß, eine gut ausgestattet Küche (für Selbstversorger sehr gut geeignet), hat zwei separate Schlafzimmer, durch eines der Schlafzimmer und der Küche ist die große Terrasse zu erreichen. Das andere Schlafzimmer hat einen zusätzlichen Balkon zur Straßenseite hin. Das Badezimmer ist im Flur angeordnet und ist von beiden Schlafzimmern zu erreichen, damit hat jeder seine……

“Outstanding hotel and a remarkable experience staying there. The room was large and beautifully decorated as the rest of the hotel. Service was impeccable and friendly. Food was great. Lovely and intimate atmosphere. Attention to details and distinctive effort to attend to our needs. The hotel manager and Lavinia at the front desk stood out, but everybody else was extremely helpful. I hope to return!”

“距離車站有段距離，但有滿多班公車都可到達附近，下公車後再走幾分鐘即可到達飯店，還算方便。離舊城區主要觀光和購物景點走路約15-20分鐘即可到達，不會太遠。房間空間寬敞、乾淨，具有現代化的設施和裝潢，住起來滿舒適的。Wifi品質不佳。”

“Highly highly recommend. The hotel is small and intimate in a residential area away from the touristy chaos. I couldn't find the check in instructions so sent a message via expedia and the owner Francesco called me within minutes with instructions. Very soft pillows, great hair dryer, tea, espresso and snacks provided 24/7. Anddd, aside from a cute breakfast pastry buffet, Francesco cooks each guest pre-selected breakfast meals (I got the veggie omelet both mornings), and is present to answer……

“Super comfortable, clean and beautiful room. Best choice for those travel by car. Only need to add a door-closer device to the door, since nobody really pays attention to "Close the door lightly" sign. “We had an easy check-in. Friendly staff welcomed us and we settled in quickly so we could enjoy the sites. We walked to all tours and restaurants. The restaurant next door was so good, we ate their twice! The property is well located to everything - food, shopping and more!”
