“The staff came into my room twice to turn off the AC and the lights, one of the times one person was inside and they still turned off the AC, no privacy at all considering they can come in just to check if lights are on or off. Then around 6am the bathroom started gurgling and flushing itself and the staff started cleaning other rooms so noise woke us up. Other than that it was ok. Very nice location”

“This is the perfect location, right next to the Colosseum, we were able to go rooftop anytime to enjoy the best day/night view of the Colosseum. Staff was very friendly in helping us with shuttle to FCO airport, recommending restaurants and helping with luggage. The room was clean, spacious with high-roof, two large windows for fresh air to come in! we will definitively choose this place to stay if we visit Rome again in the future.”

“We got off to a rocky start when the host asked us to send him (Andrea) a picture of our passports for check-in via messages which we later read is not the legal way to check-in guests. The host must be present in person to verify the identity against the form of ID. We didn’t send a picture of our passports so the host came in person, but we had to wait 30-40 mins for him. It’s an apartment consisting of one hall with 4 bedrooms and a small kitchen. The rooms are located in front of the metro……
