"Nice"

"It was so clean, convenient and beautifully decorated. Staff was wonderful with making us feel safe and welcomed. Everything was so close on the property. Great food and drinks. Julio, who was our concierge, was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure all went well. The only thing we didn't like were the sargassum, but not the hotel's fault, and the Italian Restaurant- only place we did not get good service- felt ignored. We would stay here again definitely!!! Thank you!!!"

"We loved our stay at the property. They are in the middle of doing a facelift to it (paint mostly) but the food was great and the staff were excellent. So nice and accommodating. We went with a group of 6, 2 adults and 4 children. All of the kids had a blast, and we were able to relax and chill by the pool. The beach had lots of seaweed, but it’s not the resorts fault, it was everywhere, at all resorts. It is just the time of the year that we went. Overall, i would give the property a 9/10"

"La atención maravillosa de todo el personal, la comida del restaurante Zep ( japonés) exquisita, su personal maravilloso, la limpieza muy buena, las habitaciones espaciosas, las piscinas y el parque de agua muy divertido y limpios, no puedo decir lo mismo de la playa que estaba llena de sargazo, pero todo lo demás muy bueno? Lo recomiendo 100%"

"Loved that i wore a wrist as my key instead of a card to get in and out of my hotel room. Everyone was friendly. Loved that their was so many different options as in restaurants. It was an amazing stay. Only downside was the stench of the seaweed here n there. 10/10"
