"This is a beautiful property and immediately upon entering you can see the effort the host has put in to make this a special place to stay. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about the property itself however…the neighborhood is full of barking dogs and because of the thatched roof it got so bad we both slept downstairs on the double couch. And one last warning if you are staying over on a Saturday, there was a live band playing a few blocks from the house which didn’t stop until 3am! ...

"Los domos son muy bonitos para fotografías, pero la realidad es que están muy descuidados. La chapa de la puerta está floja y cuesta trabajo cerrarla, los mosquiteros no están bien sellados, las llaves de la regadera no funcionan bien, había focos fundidos y que parpadeaban constantemente (no relacionado a la alimentación de luz solar, porque otros focos no parpadeaban). El hecho de que no hagan limpieza todos los días hace que la cantidad de bichitos sea muchísimo mayor que en otros glampings...

"This hotel is really good. The staff is amazing, Reina at the front desk, Claudia at the coffee shop and Chef Ernesto really tried their best to make us feel appreciated. I like the food variety at the Buffet. There are 4 restaurants and tge food was good. Overall everything was great. The only things I would improve are the recreation activities and the rooms need a makeover. However everything was cleaned. I strongly recommend this hotel"

"Ideal hotel for families. The best and most outstanding feature is the food, with a large number of restaurants and a high standard. The evening entertainment is also excellent. Most guests are from the USA and Canada (which made it difficult for our son, who only speaks Spanish, to play with other children). Areas for improvement: cleaning the sargassum seaweed on the beach and having a pool with warm water."
