“The property especially the outside area could use some TLC. the trash location in the parking lot was constantly over flowing with soooo many trash bags piled up and falling apart with loose trash all over the ground. Also, the perimeter of the property had cigarette butts and trash all in the mulch. I didn’t like how they let heroin junkies live there with his dog. Always outside smoking cigarettes. Just a bad look. Unfortunately we won’t be staying there again. ”

“The place was advertised as two bedrooms. One bedroom was locked when we arrived. There were enough beds for all of us, but one of the beds was in a converted walk in closet. This meant that they had to walk through the other bedroom to use the bathroom or exit the room. The pictures on this site include pictures of the second bedroom that was not available for us to use. Two other concerns: 1. The day before we arrived we were told there would be a sound monitor in the apartment. While we……

“The property was very clean. It was a little drafty (we were there in winter) and to adjust the heat we would have had to contact the host. House was super comfortable, had everything we needed. Host was super responsive. Everything was easy to find. Parking was good, location was good. We stayed in winter so can’t comment on the beach experience. Playground super nearby which is great for kids. ”

“From the moment we arrived, we felt unwelcome. We booked the apartment for its two large bedrooms, but the main bedroom was locked. The host said they only open rooms based on the number of guests, which wasn't mentioned in the booking details. Luckily, she provided the code, and we were able to access the locked bedroom.The dishwasher was unusable due to a missing bottom rack. Only one burner on the stove worked. The laundry was coin-operated, located in the basement, and the kitchen drawers……

“We enjoyed our entire stay in Quincy. Walkable to the beach area and the T, quiet neighborhood and Todd, our host, was helpful and responsive. We had up to 6 people staying in the house and we had plenty of room. Enjoyed grilling burgers on the patio and spending quality time with family for the week. ”
