“Walkable to beach and restaurants! Safe neighborhood! Comfortable with all the necessities. Only thing to be mindful of is that there are a fair amount of stairs to access the property but I believe there is a second apartment downstairs with fewer stairs that you can rent.”

“Overall it was a nice property with a good location, good communication with the host. Floors were vacuumed but needed to be washed, the soles of our feet or socks were literally black after a short time. Did not like the fact that we could not adjust the airconditioning temperature but had to contact the host to change the temperature setting. “This was a great place to use as our home base for a family wedding. (We were all adults.) It is close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. The home was clean and the amenities were appreciated. Todd and Bobbi were excellent hosts who reached out frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. As a heads up, it is a little bit of a walk to the T, but that distance was noted in the description and is totally manageable. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area!”

“The property especially the outside area could use some TLC. the trash location in the parking lot was constantly over flowing with soooo many trash bags piled up and falling apart with loose trash all over the ground. Also, the perimeter of the property had cigarette butts and trash all in the mulch. I didn’t like how they let heroin junkies live there with his dog. Always outside smoking cigarettes. Just a bad look. Unfortunately we won’t be staying there again. ”

“The property was well maintained and very clean. It was what we were looking for because it was close to Boston with available free parking for the rental car. The neighborhood was a very safe and peaceful. The property was within walking distance to several restaurants and local stores. The appliances were in excellent condition. “Second stay here and booked a third. The host is extremely responsive and accommodating. The location is perfect, short walk to the T, traveled easily into Boston for events & enjoyed walking along the beach in Wollaston.”
