“To Whom It May Concern, I am writing regarding our recent week-long stay at your La Quinta hotel. Unfortunately, during our visit, the elevator was not working, which caused a significant inconvenience for us as guests in our late 60s. Having to use the stairs repeatedly throughout an entire week was difficult, uncomfortable, and physically stressful, especially considering our age. We chose your hotel expecting a safe, convenient, and comfortable stay, and the broken elevator greatly affected……

“I suggested to the desk clerk at checkout that the refrigerator would cool better if it didn’t have three inches of ice in the freezer section. I wonder if they know how to defrost the compartment. The shower floor could use some fresh paint. Everything functioned. The price was right.”

“Easy check in and check out. The lobby was clean and inviting. Our room was perfect. The air conditioning was exceptional. The bathroom was very clean also. We will return.”

“The facilities in the room are the most complete, including a TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, safe, desk and chairs, and a leather luggage rack. The curtains provide excellent blackout, and it's very quiet outside. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, grilled meat patties, waffles, milk, coffee, apples, cereal, and more. A very nice hotel—we'll stay here again next time we come to Dallas.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the HJ while attending a Rangers game one evening and going to six flags the next day. Walked to both. Not a short walk, but if you are looking to save on parking this is a good spot.”

“Room was clean and comfortable. Microwave did not work but was replaced within minutes. Staff were friendly and helpful, Breakfast was very good.”

“The air conditioner is so noisy. I changed the room 3 times, each of them has problems, hair dryer is broken, one of the bed is sinking, desktop is not working…. So tired to stay with this hotel”

“Room was clean. Shower needed some scrubbing to get rid of the mold. There was no body wash in the shower. Bottle was empty . I used shampoo to shower with. Coffee in the room was good. The breakfast was delicious. Scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles. Other options also.”

“Convenient location. Fair price. Unfortunately the card key entry system wasn’t working so had to have the front desk let us into the room every time.”
