Fun and exciting environment!Posted Oct 1, 2015
Pros: I loved the atmosphere. The Animation crew was AMAZING They were all so friendly, and fun to be around.
Cons: Wording on the website in regards to what regular guests get versus VIP guests-very confusing.
Location: LOVED the location. a little over a mile walk to the pier where you can sign up for deep sea fishing, or a trip to Cozumel. Tulum Ruins, and Snorkling
Overall, our stay at the hotel was wonderful. There are a few things I don't know if I had missed in the fine print, or if they just didn't say, which include the mini bar in the room. I was under the impression that EVERY room had a mini bar that was stocked daily-this was not the case. I was also under the impression that there were 4 restaurants we could eat at, but found out that we could only eat at 2 because we were not VIP members. the site made it seem like both of these were included with every room. We also asked for ocean front because it was our honeymoon, but none of the rooms are true ocean front. Overall though, we really enjoyed our stay there! The Animation crew is AMAZING! We loved how they had so many activities for the guests, and worked hard to get individuals involved. The nightly shows were amazing, all the staff was very friendly (minus the operator on the phone, she didn't speak much English, and hung up on us more than once) and the bartenders were awesome, there was one that worked at the bar by the pool who remembered us after our first drink! He always had our drinks ready for us!! His name started with an E, I wish I could remember his whole name. Anyways, we are planning a group trip with our friends next year to come to this location again. :)

Great place to stay!Posted Sep 13, 2015
We would recommend this place to a friend any day! It's a short walk to the beach and to the strip mall. The staff is friendly and gets you involved in activities within the resort and the shows at night are awesome to see! I was worried about food, but was surprisingly impressed, the buffet had a great variety, and changed each day throughout the week. We also took advantage of the included resturants which are available at the Azteca or Maya. 1 complaint is that the free wifi is pretty bad in the public space, and the premium wifi is pretty expensive. We ended up walking off the resort to Starbucks (about 5 min away) to get proper wifi. Also, I recommend bringing your own alovera in case you burn as we ended up having to pay $25 for a tiny bottle 👎 The beach was nice, little bit of seaweed along the first few feet of the shoreline, but you just go past it and the water is perfect.

Nice beach and great locationPosted Sep 7, 2015
Pros: The beach, drinks in the adult pool are better and they will run children out of that pool. Liked having drinks brought to you on the beach. Gym
Cons: Refrigerator and water supplied in the rooms on a daily basis. Check in when you arrive, not have to wait til 3:00pm.
Location: Fifth avenue and a really nice shopping area across the street from the resort.
You can't check in early at all. When we did get to our room, it was still being cleaned. Had to wait outside for a while with our luggage. Had to ask for big towels and toilet paper a few times cause they weren't supplied. Got better at the end of the trip. Our smoke detector kept chirping at the end of the trip so I told the front lady and she wrote it on a post it and they never came so we removed the battery. It was the last night of the trip. The resort is set in the jungle which is cool cause their are different animals around. I loved that part. For dinner, they have different country themes every night and the food was great. Breakfast is good too. Very hot and no A/C when you are eating. Coffee in the lobby bar is wonderful. We had a waiter named Raphael that brought us drinks to the beach and he made our trip. We tipped him well and he much deserved it. We had a few hiccups but we plan on staying there again next year. Gym is great too.

A great hotel at a great price!Posted Aug 30, 2015
Pros: I loved the cleanliness of the whole resort. There was always people cleaning whether it was by the pool or by the lobby. The grounds were beautiful
Cons: I think there should be a refrigerator and more than one bottle of water in the room. Also washcloths not just towels Washcloths to take a shower with.
Location: the location was great! Close to Cancun if you wanted to go there, Close to shopping either by walking or a short taxi ride.
We arrived in the afternoon and though it was very busy at the front desk for check-in, it went pretty smooth. Our room was very nice and extremely clean! It was not too far from the pool and ocean. The pool was very big and beautiful with a swim up bar.. The ocean was very beautiful also, though there was alot of seaweed in there. We did see people trying to rake the seaweed to help the problem. There were always plenty of chairs to use either by the pool or ocean! There were a lot of activities to do thru out the day. There was a show every evening which was very entertaining! We loved the food and there was so much of a variety to choose from and different restaurants to go to.

Great location, nice people.Posted Aug 23, 2015
Very nice location, by the beach. . Must go to cozumel, it's 30 minutes away, I recommend you to ask the taxi to take you to the station to take the ferry it's much cheaper than buying it in the hotel. Overall this was our best vacation. This hotel is not fancy at all but it's very nice an comfortable, food was good too.

Supuestamente all inclusivePosted Aug 16, 2015
Pros: la comodidad de las habitaciones
Cons: el concepto all inclusive

Great HotelPosted Aug 15, 2015
This place is perfect for first timers going to an all inclusive resort. You definitely get your money's worth here. The food was great, the staff was attentive and the overall environment was breathtaking. The location is beautiful and the beach is seconds away from your room. There are many amenities that come with the hotel that you should take advantage of (like snorkeling, wind surfing, bike riding). There is a mercado that we biked to (10 min) that's is filled with affordable souvenirs (I would recommend exchanging currency to pesos, when you pay with U.S. currency vendors try to rip you off). When you book this resort tou have access to eat at its sister resorts that are nearby!! After you check in and are settled in, I would go to guest services and make reservation for a restaurant within the facility! They tend to fill up fast! (there is no fee or payment charged) The buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner were just as good! Everything was fresh, warm and tasteful! We loved it! Will be going back! Ps. There are tiny blood sucking Mosquitos! Make sure to take ointment for when they bite! Because they will bite and it can get pretty uncomfortable!
