A great hotel at a great price!Posted Aug 30, 2015
Pros: I loved the cleanliness of the whole resort. There was always people cleaning whether it was by the pool or by the lobby. The grounds were beautiful
Cons: I think there should be a refrigerator and more than one bottle of water in the room. Also washcloths not just towels Washcloths to take a shower with.
Location: the location was great! Close to Cancun if you wanted to go there, Close to shopping either by walking or a short taxi ride.
We arrived in the afternoon and though it was very busy at the front desk for check-in, it went pretty smooth. Our room was very nice and extremely clean! It was not too far from the pool and ocean. The pool was very big and beautiful with a swim up bar.. The ocean was very beautiful also, though there was alot of seaweed in there. We did see people trying to rake the seaweed to help the problem. There were always plenty of chairs to use either by the pool or ocean! There were a lot of activities to do thru out the day. There was a show every evening which was very entertaining! We loved the food and there was so much of a variety to choose from and different restaurants to go to.

Great location, nice people.Posted Aug 23, 2015
Very nice location, by the beach. . Must go to cozumel, it's 30 minutes away, I recommend you to ask the taxi to take you to the station to take the ferry it's much cheaper than buying it in the hotel. Overall this was our best vacation. This hotel is not fancy at all but it's very nice an comfortable, food was good too.

Close to the BeachPosted Aug 16, 2015
Hotel is close to the beach and the rooms are clean. I will definitely recommend to consider having coffee maker in the rooms.

Supuestamente all inclusivePosted Aug 16, 2015
Pros: la comodidad de las habitaciones
Cons: el concepto all inclusive

Great HotelPosted Aug 15, 2015
This place is perfect for first timers going to an all inclusive resort. You definitely get your money's worth here. The food was great, the staff was attentive and the overall environment was breathtaking. The location is beautiful and the beach is seconds away from your room. There are many amenities that come with the hotel that you should take advantage of (like snorkeling, wind surfing, bike riding). There is a mercado that we biked to (10 min) that's is filled with affordable souvenirs (I would recommend exchanging currency to pesos, when you pay with U.S. currency vendors try to rip you off). When you book this resort tou have access to eat at its sister resorts that are nearby!! After you check in and are settled in, I would go to guest services and make reservation for a restaurant within the facility! They tend to fill up fast! (there is no fee or payment charged) The buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner were just as good! Everything was fresh, warm and tasteful! We loved it! Will be going back! Ps. There are tiny blood sucking Mosquitos! Make sure to take ointment for when they bite! Because they will bite and it can get pretty uncomfortable!

The staff are very nice and attentive.Posted Aug 14, 2015
Was there for vacations with my son, very nice experience, the only thing I didn't like is the restaurant buffet didn't have AC, room was extremely hot.

Great for families, not so much for couplesPosted Aug 12, 2015
Pros: very clean, a lot of lounge chairs on the beach with cover, airport transportation was seamless.
Cons: make clear and separate areas for adults and kids - main bars were overcome with kids. Add more adult activities
Stayed for 4 nights, did not find out about all hotel activities until 2 days in - too late. Need to have more adult areas, such as pool tables, some music at the adult pool, and keep kids away from swim-up bar in main pool - should be adult area. Should have option of spa shampoo, conditioner, soaps and lotion for in room use rather than prefilled pump dispensers. Didn't take our luggage to the room for us.

Horrible hotel you should try to avoidPosted Aug 7, 2015
Pros: The a la carte restaurants are excellent. They have a/c. Food are good and services are good. The night shows are good but again it is outdoor.
Cons: A buffet restaurant with a/c is a must.
Location: Xplor and Chichen Itza. There is a shopping area 5 minutes walk way.
There is no a/c in the buffet restaurant. It is hot outside and it is even hotter inside the restaurant. You would not enjoy your meals there. The food are almost the same everyday .The buffet restaurant served sushi but I did not try because the sushi did not look fresh at all under room temperature of over 90 degree. Remember no a/c in the restaurant. The free wireless internet the hotel offers is so slow that almost does not exist. You can pay $15 USD per day for the premium wireless internet and which I did not try. There is no refrigerator in the room. The hotel only provides one bottle of water per room per trip . Please note the tap water is not drinkable in Mexico. You can get water from the bar but it is a hassle. The beach is full of seaweed. It is all over. The swimming pools are small and packed. The Yoga and Dance lessons are good and free.
