"Unique very pleasing the stand on this place"

"Price point was right for a couple days stay during graduation weekend. didn't spend much time on site. It's an older place so be prepared for small issues. a bit understaffed i'd imagine since there was a bag of garbage in the hall way for all 3 days we were there and if we wanted a change of towels during the day, we had to take our towels down to the desk and get new ones there. but the staff who were there were quite nice. Breakfast was adequate. bagels and/or cereal. at least there was an option."

"We already paid the $22.10 fee when we made the booking and your staff confirmed that. The front desk staff told me they would resolve it with Expedia and that we would not be charged twice. Despite that, we were charged both by Expedia and by your hotel. We stay at your property several times each year and have consistently chosen it over other options. This experience does not reflect the level of service we expect. Please reverse the duplicate charge as soon as possible. I would also like a manager to call me tomorrow to confirm this has been resolved. I hope this can be corrected quickly."

"No one knew how to connect me to internet. I asked for bedding for the sofa bed. I received one sheet and a blanket and pillow. Had to ask for an additional sheet incorrect charges on my bill that the desk corrected. It is nothing like the Westin in Nashville, Tennessee. It was so disappointing."

"The glass shower trim was not finished. Water from taking a shower was leaking on the floor. "Shoddy Work""

"I paid $15 for breakfast for 2 days. But to find out at the front desk it was $5 a day for breakfast. Then when I woke up it seemed like everyone and anyone was just eating breakfast for free. There was no band or ticket or any way to truly confirm that someone had paid for breakfast. And if there is a way they weren't double checking or ensuring. They ran out of food very fast. There was more people eating than the food that was provided."

"The hotel is dirty and outdated. My room had a giant large red stain in the bedroom carpet and the door to the bathroom looked rotted on the edges. The breakfast was okay, nice variety but a little cold."

"Breakfast was good , however the room had a lot of mechanical / HVAC noise was loud along with the plumbing, rooms were not insulated or sound proofed enough"
