Breakfast was good. Delicious cappuccinos!! Staff helpful and kind. Only thing was the bathroom, there is no shower enclosure, shower head is there as part of the bathroom with two little curtains to separate the spaces when taking a shower but once you have taken a shower all the floor is wet so you have to use the sink and the toilet while stepping on a wet floor. Once it got almost flooded and the water almost go to the room. It was uncomfortable.

"Superb location! Can't get better that that!"
You can't beat location of this place. Walking distance to pretty much all the attractions. It has spacious room and everything is new. It's cleaned and fresh. The host was waiting and helped to bring my suitcases upstairs. He explained everything in details and was very helpful in many situations. I couldn't book Galleria Borghese's tickets online and he called and got them for us. We were able to stay longer than check out in the room as our flight was leaving late. It was very nice of him and very convenient. When we came back in a few days from our trip, our room was ready very early in the morning so we were able to use it and rest. This is the best part and it was very very convenient and considerate. I would definitely recommend it and come back any time!

"Good value hotel, close to the centre."
I was only at the hotel for one night but everything was fine, and the owner was especially warm, welcoming and helpful on arrival, as was the man who served breakfast. For light sleepers, I would recommend asking for a room at the back of the hotel, as mine was close to the road and rather noisy. I think this hotel is best suited to those on a limited budget seeking good quality, short-stay accommodation at an affordable price. The hotel is very well-located for sightseeing, though not right in the centre, which I preferred, as the area was a bit quieter, but still with plenty of restaurants nearby.

"Nice Location"
Good sized room with a very comfortable bed. It was very quiet at night so no problem sleeping. Room had an ensuite with a very good shower also included a bidet. Mario the owner gave us a welcome drink on arrival and a map of the city. He was very informative so you only had to ask.

"Right in the center of it all."
Wonderful views from the rooftop terrace. Location right in the heart of the city. 10 minutes from Colosseum and Palatine Hill. 10 minutes from Piazza Venezia. 20 minute walk from the train station. Many good restaurants nearby. Our favorite was Osteria Maracuja, right next door. Max makes you feel like family. Highly recommended.

"Basic, no frills, excellent location for the price"
If you want a basic no frills bed and a bathroom type of place this is the place for you. The price was excellent, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and it was walkable to most of the main sites in Rome. We arrived late, after our minibus shuttle couldn't find the place and did panic as there was nobody answering the bell, but calling the number on the board on the wall summoned a very helpful man although he was the only person we saw all stay, but then we we only came back to sleep and shower! Breakfast (coffee & croissant) is not worth the walk up the road unless you are on a really really tight budget, but there is a kitchen for residents use and a fridge in the room. All in all a good basic b&b.
