This a two bedroom 1 bathroom apartment on a second floor. It has a nice balcony to enjoy breeze and a cup of coffee. The rooms have AC units, the kitchen is fully equipped and bathroom with all essentials.

Parking is on the street around the premises on a first come, first serve basis. There is no assigned parking spot. It could be hard at times to find a spot, but not impossible.

Calle Loiza and surrounding areas is a very lively neighborhood. There’s a lot of places to enjoy nightlife. The property is literally 3 minutes walk to the area and 10 min walk to the beach.

Most likely you will see people walking around at night to enjoy their time on PR! You might listen to cars, people talking, singing, and having fun.

The building have 8 units, some are long term rentals, some are short-term rentals! Please be respectful of other tenants! Thats their home!

Please be aware that power outages are common in the island. If the power does go out we apologize for the inconvenience.

We stayed for one night before we left out of the Port. It was very warm- so we immediately turned on the A/C units in the bedrooms. It took a while for the living room to cool off. They provided bathroom products, coffee, small waters and a few seasonings. Went for the walk to the beach in the morning. The oven does not work.

Amazing Host!

This location is not for everybody. If you want a taste of real life Puerto Rico without bells and whistles - go for it! The location is great. We walked to the beach. The walls are transparent and we could hear the neighbors, including a woman who sings constantly. She was a joy. Everything one needs is at hand. We walked to a grocery store and made our own meals. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Secure unit in the middle of all you need.
Melba was helpful and Communication was quick and easy. The neighbors were even accommodating. Shout out to Ms. Vanessa. I’d recommend this stay if you’re traveling alone and just need the basics covered. It’s just minutes from Isla Verde and Condado beach. Good food, shopping, and cute little cafes are just down the road on Loiza and even night life is accessible. Uber is about $6-12 to get to and from beaches & food if you don’t want to walk. I enjoyed walking for the exercise, so I didn’t use it after the first time. If you’re a light sleeper, be prepared to rise early from the roosters. Is consider staying again if traveling alone.

This apartment is just as described It was spotless and appeared to be well-maintained. We loved the porch. We were without water for a day because the city was working on the lines. The host was very responsive and maintained communication with us until the water came on again. Perfect stay!

Clean but noisy stay
The apartment is really clean and there are a lot of restaurants near by. The Internet was fast enough for two of us to work remotely with video calls. The apartment was noisy, neighbors singing, roosters crowing at 4AM, people driving by with loud music in the middle of the night.

Wonderful home base
Everything was exactly as described. Our family got in around 2 am and it was very easy to access. The host was incredibly responsive. The apartment is in a neighborhood so there were a lot of people noises at times. This didn’t bother us as we were usually so tired from our day of adventuring it didn’t bother us. There was nothing the host could have done about it. Just a heads up to anyone who may be a light sleeper. The place had everything that could be needed and was a good home base for our stay. The beds are comfy, the kitchen has all the, essentials, and the internet connection is fast and reliable. If we are able to return to San Juan we would stay here again!

The place was clean and very inviting. Well stocked kitchen with a full size fridge & freezer. Check in using the lockbox was easy and convenient. The host was very quick to respond. We got a little lost and she helped us find our way. Very close to the beach, lots of restaurants, a laundromat and grocery stores. There are air conditioners in the bedrooms. Glad we found this place.

Nice apartment
I had no issues with the apartment at all. Generally quiet and front balcony was nice place to end or start the day. Walking distance to some great breakfast spots. (Lela's Cafe is my favorite.) The location is close to some night life so the weekends (Saturday mainly) you hear some traffic and people passing by. Pro-tip... streets are narrow so fold your side mirrors in on your car. I would stay here again!
