Nothing worked in gym and room was very outdated. Limited seating at breakfast. Limited breakfast selection. Bathroom needs overhaul.

Nice hotel

We stayed in room 113 and arrived late in the evening, around 12 am. Check-in was fast and easy. The room was very nice, everything was up to date, and overall the room was clean. The beds were comfortable and clean. The only exception is that there must have been a water leak or water damage around the tub because there was a bit of mold in a spot on the plaster wall by the tub. Also the tub needed to be cleaned a bit better. There was mildew around the mounting on the wall for the handicap bar. The hot breakfast is good. There was a nice selection and variety. They had a place to make fresh waffles, sausage gravy and biscuits, a small selection of fruit, 3-4 cereals to choose from, small danish rolls, milk, coffee, juices, bagels, and breads. Mostly the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. On the morning of check-out we felt rushed because close to 10 am someone came to our door and asked us if we were leaving and then we received a phone call from the front desk asking what time we planned to check-out less than 30 minutes later. Check-out time was 11 am and we told them that were aware of what check out time was. Other than the few things here and there the stay was very pleasant.

Couldn't stay due to bed bugs

we arrived a little before check in time and had to wait in the lobby for a little while for a room. We were sitting on the couch when a bug was spotted on the couch by a friend traveling with us. She confirmed it was a bed bug (from past experience). The hotel clerk denied it being a bed bug although we showed it to her. The other clerk could be heard in the office behind the desk calling someone and telling them they had a major problem. So I think they knew what they were dealing with. Wouldn't recommend a stay there. There are several nicer hotels in the same area.

Cons: Indoor pool Cleanliness of rooms
Location: Downtown Savannah only about 15 minutes away and Tybee Island only about 40 minutes away. We loved going to Tybee and downtown. Not much around hotel.
Average hotel. The outside of the hotel is nice and the lobby of hotel very nicely decorated and welcoming, rooms...not so much. While clean for the most part, the tub was slimy and there were obvious spots that needed a deep clean in our room. Indoor pool sounds nice, but wasn't all it seems in the pictures. Spa wasn't warm and pool was small and cold. Overall, good for the price but could use some upgrading.

Nice hotel close to everything

I truly enjoyed my stay. The only issues I had was I had a do not disturb sign on the door and upon my return, My husband and I noticed that someone was in our room, the towels were swapped out, the blanket was placed on the bed but the bed was not made. We felt a little violated because we had the do not disturb sign on the door. The other issues was, there was a power outage and no one came around to comfort and assure the customers that the issue was being attended to.

Pros: Cleanliness and affordability
Cons: An outdoor pool
Location: Location is right off the 95, with restaurants, shopping etc.
The hotel was a comfortable hotel for a short stay in the area. If you are looking for a reasonable priced hotel in an area , this would be the place. Although not in downtown savannah, it is accessible to everything. The pool is small but comfortable for the kids. Breakfast was good and free. Good for a short term stay

Pros: The suite was like our own mini apartment.
Cons: We were extremely excited about the indoor pool but when we got down to it, the chlorine from the water burned our eyes the minute we stepped inside.
Location: Convenient and close to I-95 and restaurants. About 30 minutes from downtown
The staff was very nice. The suite we stayed in was very homey and welcoming.

Hotel liegt ca. 20 Minuten von Savannah entfernt. Mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Auch der Strand z.B. in Tybee Beach ist schnell erreichbar und sehr zu empfehlen. Hotel ist ok, Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Zimmer war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, allerdings war das Badezimmer nicht zu 100% sauber und ein modriger Geruch vorhanden.
