"This was our 2nd stay and it was again, so wonderful and relaxing. We had rainy weather and still was able to de-stress and spend time together. The pool table is always a hit! It is well used. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and dishes and everything in between- just add food! The covered deck was awesome! You could spread out and be outside and stay dry out of the rain - if we wanted to. Wonderful communication with the owner who is simply charming.! Absoltely perfect!"

"The home is advertised on VRBO but once booked, I had to download an app called Vacasa to manage our reservation. The directions stated that when we arrived, we should park directly in front of the garage. When we arrived at the address provided in the Vacasa App, we could not locate the home. The address provided was for a realty company and Thai restaurant. We parked along Pacific Ave and walked up and down the street a few times, convinced we had the incorrect address. "Easy to find, great bakery down the street, fun and beautiful walk to the beach!"

"The house was great ! Our problem was the ice, the driveway and parking pad was frozen solid. It was very hard to get into the house. The deck was a sheet of ice also, which makes it hard to use the hot tub."

"Check in was great. Fireplace did not work and Vacasa manager came and inspected it and we did get a small refund on this as it never worked. There were stains on the carpet, an orange slime mold in the upstairs shower. Some door handles to deck were loose and the deadbolt didn't work, downstairs door would not latch unless deadbolted from inside. There are some overall maintenance upkeep issues. "We absolutely loved it. It was so spacious for our family of 6. The weather was awful but we didn’t even mind because we were stuck inside a beautiful, cozy home. The hot tub was clean and the perfect way to start our day every morning. The Vacasa agents were incredibly helpful and responsive every time we had a question. We will absolutely be back."

The host was wonderful and had great communication with the process of changing locations and the flat was perfect for us. "We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is clean, cute, and well appointed. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The location is very convenient. Close walk to restaurants and the beach. Love the dog friendly touches! The only suggestion would be some hooks for coats and leashes would be nice. We would definitely stay again!"

"We were very impressed with how clean and nice the location was with the quality of the amenities, furnishings and the home in general. Great location and the outside for cleaning after being at the beach and general quality layout. Being a foody I was happy with the quality of the kitchen utensils and pots and pans which often times is very entry level. The hosts continually checked in to make sure they were on top of questions or needs we might have. Will definitely consider staying here again...

"We rented this place for the weekend while attending an event in Astoria. The drive wasn't too far. The neighborhood is cute and there is a good coffee shop up the street. The house was nice. Nothing too special, but it met our needs."

"Antiques were of the sturdy sort, a relief with dogs swinging tails. All the extras to care for pets and an infant; nice not to have to bring crib or high chair. So many entertainment options, and fun things to see/do locally as well. Nice to be able to seat all 12 of us at the table comfortably, and to have plenty of storage space in kitchen, as well as all the cooking gear we needed, since we ate in. Neighborhood was quiet.
