"Farmhouse was quaint and homey perfect for mini vacation with our grandkids."

"Great place for our extended family to spend some quality time together. House was very clean and hot tub was great! The kids loved hanging out in the basement and seeing the cows and the adults enjoyed sitting around the table chatting while folks cooked. The social set up of the open kitchen was great for our group. Different rooms to hang out in made the house great for hanging out. Would love to come back in the fall to enjoy the back deck under the stars. We enjoyed going to the local park...

"Nine Cleveland friends gathered for a weekend away. Cleveland is beautiful, but Sunnyside is a different kind of beautiful. Fresh apples and raspberries outside the door; cows, goats, and chickens running to welcome us; coyotes singing from the hills, trout leaping onto the hook! And, throughout, Martha was a wonderful, welcoming host. Thank you, and see you again soon!"
