“It was really hot in the hotel and the A/C didn’t work, there was no refrigerator and the room was really small which makes it even worse when it’s already hot. We stayed for about 10 minutes. The staff had no problem issuing a refund however, Expedia said no because it’s not refundable. Im guite sure no one from Expedia would have stayed.”
