“Liked the Bay waterfront. We left the please make up the room card out and checked that it faced in the correct direction. We then left for the day and found a card that the room wasn’t made up because the privacy card was left out. That’s a lie and because we didn’t return until after 1 PM the room couldn’t be cleaned and made up. We would NOT be repeat customers.”
