“The place is clean and has good space for parking.Staff was excellent and the rooms were very clean. I had a great trip staying there . Some of the towels are visibly old that we didn’t touch them. “This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”

“I found some of the area of the hotel not clean. Water filler on 1st floor needs a good cleaning. Same with the floor in our rooms shower. The outside of the shower floor pan needs a good scrubbing as well. We loved that there were no curtains in the room, but rather shades. No light leaking through in the morning. Scrambled eggs this morning g tasted like they were made from a mix, not real eggs. No pastry offerings either, just bread and bagels. Disappointed in that.”
