"Upon check in i found out that they did not have tap to pay. This forced me to use a form of payment I did not want to use for this trip. Also the A/C system did not work in common areas. The lobby smelled bad. The smell varied by day. It either smelled like industrial cleaners or a litterbox the next. Overall the room was fantastic! Very comfortable and clean. "

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. Use the wall thermostat fyi. Pool: enjoyed the pool temp. However lots of oil floating in the water and some string. Not obvious until you are in pool. Chlorine smell was strong so i know pool was maintained. "

"the hotel was a little dirty, rubbish spilled on the floor, the elevator handle was dirty all the time, the front of the hotel was very dirty and the rooms only took out the rubbish, they didn't vacuum or make the bed."
