The owner blamed the management company and they blamed the owner. On arrival the studio was not clean, The floor and sofa had crumbs on them, the grill pan had food scraps in it and the only tea towel had food scraps on it. The shower wouldn’t turn off on the first use so Chris, the owner had to come over to fix it. The living area was cold and a notice said ‘do not touch the heating temps’. The TV didn’t work.
