“The staff was excellent but the hotel is old and not updated”

“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”

“I was solo traveler. Perfect for what I needed. Real feel temp was high while I was there and A/C was working great.”

“Great location oceanfront. Restaurant on site and two pools. Rooms are a bit dated but clean. FYI if you book through anyone other than the hotel, breakfast is not free. Great service at the front desk. Room was a bit pricey to not have any view but the location was great! Parking available on site for free is a plus. We’ve been twice and will probably go back.”

“No amenities open before 10am. Which is absolutely WILD three small kids who wake up at 6:30/7am and we have to wait till 10to use the pool/splash pad and lazy river?? Also super poor design the playground is INSIDE the pool area so you cant use that either. Asked for towels because they gave us three for a family of FIVE, said their guy had already left and we needed to come to registration to get the very far walk to do that with an infant and two toddlers.”
