“Got in the elevator, pressed my floor, nothing happened, continued to press my floor and no response. Had to use the open button to get out. Had to use two different sets of stairs to get to the 7th floor.
Room was nice but layout did not make sense, tv did not pull out to face the bed it could only be moved a bit to one side.
Staff was incredible, very nice and helpful, just wasn't a fan of those two things having a small fear of elevators in the first place”
