“Didn’t get the pack and play for my son when called multiple times. Only got offered last minute when he was already sleep. Went to their little restaurant to eat before bed, never got the food my son got antsy and we had to leave the restaurant. Never got offered a refund or food delivered, nothing. Then the next day my son got ill and had to leave early, Expedia attempted to reach out to get a refund for the last day and were denied. The woman at the desk said I’d get a credit? Didn’t even……

“The room reeked of heavy fragrance (vanilla), which gave me a headache. Nothing felt especially clean. No elevator. Small hotel and noisy neighbors. Stuffy room. I checked in online and had to check in again once I got there.”

“这是我们整个行程住得最满意的酒店之一，我们住的是两卧室，房间很大，炊具是整个行程所有酒店中最齐全的，客厅的壁炉令客厅温暖舒服，客厅中的六人餐桌也是行程中所有酒店最大的桌子，我们可以很舒服地坐在一起吃饭聊天，最美的是客厅阳台外面就是五颜六色的秋色，美不胜收，令人心情舒畅。酒店离城镇超市也不远，唯一不便是没有电梯，要自己提着行李上楼，但酒店最高也只是4层，还可以接受。总体来说是非常满意的酒店。”
