"I've stayed at Ruby Foo's before and it remains my hotel of choice in Montreal. A couple of glitches.. They seem to always have a problem with their keyless entry system .. keys just stop working. We paid $30 for late check-out to get extra sleep in-between two very busy days; apparently, their staff forgot to enter that into the system. We were awakened by their cleaning staff who entered our room ... went back to sleep to be awakened again by their front desk wondering why we haven't checked...
