“I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. They were welcoming and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. With a lot of beautiful views all around. I had used the spa services (jacuzzi, dry sauna, steam room, and a massage) and they exceeded my expectations.

“This was a really nice hotel, clean, good quiet location, great view, attentive and friendly staff. I highly recommend this place!”

“Luxury n comfort. Great for resting after days of hiking. Must try the tasting menu at hawa restaurant. ”

“The room was modern, the infinity pool was cold, but nice. The grounds were beautiful & the llamas on the grounds was a nice touch. The food was also amazing for dinner.”

“We have a wonderful vacation with family. Great place”

“great”

“It was a cool looking hotel. I felt the staff weren’t too helpful though. They didn’t really make us feel like home. The restaurant was okay, a bit slow. Didn’t have time to check out the pool. Our room was big, and the blanket was definitely warm. Hot shower. Great. My favourite thing was the observatory experience with David Rivas Romero. This is only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (I think) so we got lucky as we were okay there one night. Worth it. He was so nice and educational. We’ve never……

“Wonderful helpful staff. Beautiful location, gardens, art and food! A great base for exploring the sacred valley and supporting school children at the same time.”
