"The most perfect spot in Vancouver, with so much history. The restaurant and bar is lovely, as are the staff there and at the front desk. The rooms could be furnished and decorated more in line with the history of the property (they’re a bit Best Western furniture sale), but all in all, very comfortable and we’ll definitely stay again. "The hotel is beautiful! However, there are a few concerns regarding extra charges. The hotel charges $71 per day for parking. While you can park offsite for $30 per day at the nearby mall, this option is not part of the hotel, and you will be charged again for each additional hour if you leave and return. It’s a 5-minute walk, which is manageable but not convenient. Additionally, there's a $35 daily resort fee. Although this can be used for other services, it must be redeemed by 12 PM each day,...

"Staffs were all very friendly and welcoming! Rooms were clean, roomy and comfortable. Very easy to get to by train from airport. Many restaurants to go eat in walkable distance. Of course, like any other big cities, you can smell weed when you walk around but overall felt safe on foot during the day. Would highly recommend this hotel. Only downside for us was that there is no pool in this property. :("

"I was told that the property only offers self check in using either an access code or a digital key. I had not received a code, but I could get a code and a room number from the person at a front desk. The room was very spacious and clean. It is highly recommended."
