The room was excellent…clean, spacious, and modern. It was nice to have a little sectional for our family to lounge on instead of always being on the beds. Beds were comfortable…down pillows and comforter. Rooms were nice and quiet! I couldn't ever hear other doors closing or people above us. The breakfast was complimentary and was delicious! My kids loved the French toast! It’s too bad there wasn’t a hot tub but the pool area was nice and warm. The kids swam forever because the water was...

We arrived around 12 noon , no worries getting into a room, the staff were so upbeat and helpful. Food service was delicious, prompt delivery and accommodated special request. Parking is ample, there is even an onsite guest self serve laundry. It is located conveniently close to the city and yet far enough away to enjoy some of the local fare, and site seeing.

The room was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable and so was the chair and the ottomans. The bathroom was spacious. The double queen room was cramped for my big family but it did a good job for one night. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a joy to stay here

Only thing I would say negatively is the parking lot is a bit strange. Shared/woven together with several buildings around it. Otherwise it was a great place with a nice pool, friendly staff, and an easy breakfast to set you off in the morning.

My family loves this hotel. We try to meet here once a year because the location is convenient for all of my relatives and it offers so many amenities on site and close by. The mall next door along with all of the nice restaurants within walking distance is awesome.
The hotel staff is by far the most accommodating, professional, and courteous group of individuals I have ever had the pleasure to interact with in this type of setting. The hotel rooms and all the common areas are really nice...

This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Absolutely beautiful historic building with a grand scale and fully updated modern rooms. The design and comfort is impeccable. Large room and bathroom, but not so large that it isn’t cozy. Perfect in my opinion. The onsite dining options are fantastic for world class breakfast lunch and dinner at very reasonable prices. And the coffee is amazing. There were a couple of quirks in the room—the sound of trickling water whenever the ac turned...
