Nice hotel! Desk staff was a little abrupt when we arrived about our room not being ready yet. We were there early, before check in. Quiet even though we were near the interstate . Would stay again.

I’d go back every month if I had the time.

Convenient location and quiet

The property is very nice. Old historic hotel. Beautiful building. The area around the property is very beautiful. Amazing lake and views of the lake. A sort of spiritual retreat where God is emphasized and you can experience his goodness in all the beauty and nature of the place. Highly recommend to anyone seeking renewing of spirit and peace for your soul

Lake Junaluska is beautiful. The Terrace Hotel is very nice. We enjoyed our view overlooking the lake. The staff is awesome and people are so friendly. Lots to do, including walking around the lake and kayaking. We will be back. 😊

Beautiful scenic overlook of the city and mountains, convenient location. Hotel staff was pleasant. Driveway up to the motel could have been better. Overall nice experience.

Awesome old, historic Inn. No TVs in the room and spotty WIFI did not detract from the wonderful staff, delicious breakfast and overall good vibes. An incredible value for a peaceful nights sleep, beautiful setting and delicious coffee and breakfast.

Clean, comfortable room with a nice creek front balcony and back porch. The sound of the creek was peaceful and contributed to the overall atmosphere. Beautifully situated close to restaurants, shopping, and surrounded by gorgeous mountain views this location is superb. Friendly, professional staff and plenty of level parking. We enjoyed our room that included a mini fridge which was perfect for drinks. The bathroom was large with plenty of counter space and a large shower/tub combo with...

My girlfriend and I stayed here to watch a show at Harrah's, the room was nice and we had a nice view of the mountains, the room was clean and the only staff member I talked to was friendly, we booked thru Expedia but for some reason our reservations never made it to the hotel, luckily they still had a few rooms open

We have a great experience in this hotel. Actually this is the second time we stay here. The room is very clean, the beds are well made, super soft bedsheets. They are dog friendly with several pet stations around the building. The breakfast is amazing, they offer full buffet and every day there are a few different items changed in the menu (great Frittata and the Quiche!!) Front desk very friendly and Alexis was super helpful and patiently itemized all my charges as I asked for details. The...

My stay was very nice and the owners were very friendly and happy to help us with our needs . Nice place to stay and clean . Thanks again John

Great location in Maggie Valley NC. A nice locally owned motel. Love the creek side chairs with the wind chimes. So peaceful, they have books available to read while you stay here. Nice!

Awesome place to stay home away from home nice clean rooms great staff

We really liked this place. We had a hot tub in our room. Very clean and relaxing. We will stay again!

Great place to stay

Great visit The only issue is sound related. The comforters are quite loud. When either sleeper moves, the comforter makes a crackling sound

Great place to stay. There are two Hampton Inn’s with Biltmore in the name. This is the one further from the estates.

the property had everything you need, restaurant, pool, live music in the evening , tiki bar it was great
