“I'm connected to another apartment. The blinds in my child's room don't block the light well. The balcony light of the neighboring house is very bright and the light shines in, making it impossible for my child to fall asleep.”

“Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The modern room was spacious, comfortable and clean. (Its small refrigerator did not have a freeze compartment, which would have been helpful for thermal packs.) On occasion, there was some sort of sharp noise (not terribly loud), which sounded like equipment or facilities. ? Have no idea what, but was curious and a bit of a nuisance. The lounge/gift shop area was attractive. Coffee options near there were great, though I feel regular coffee should be……

“This property was a perfect location for us. Robert was great at responding before and during our stay. We appreciated the bottle of wine, chilled and ready for us! A very comfortable stay for our first time in Palm Springs. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us!”

“This is a clean facility. They have complimentry breakfast, which is nice. It was a bit noisy with kids at night. Did not receive a top floor and asked for 1. It was close to the facility I was there for. I would stay there again.”

“很干净，设施齐全，只是房间有点小。吃早餐的地方只能坐六个人，还不可以带进房吃，和旁边半间装修到一半的房间挨在一起，水泥，工具就堆在地上，吃饭看到这些真的影响胃口。酒店住客很多是去沙漠山奥特莱斯购物的，开车只有十分钟路，非常方便。”
