"We were greeted by Bobbi. She was very friendly, She gave us a tour of the building and history of each room. Each bedroom had a theme which we liked. We had 42 people which the building had plenty of space for everyone to sleep and enjoy themselves. The kitchen was fully stock with pots, pan, cooking tools, crock pots, coffee machine, plates, spoons, etc. Everything you needed. They went above and beyond with supplies of towels to use for 3 days event. I've been to other VRBOs, this place...

"We had 19 of us, all family. Loved the patio, the lake views, the house. Especially loved the number of semi-private areas for small conversations. The kitchen had lots of room (seated all of us) and more than ample kitchen supplies and appliances. 1 1/2 hours from MSP airport. I have already highly recommended this house and service to two friends who want to do the same thing. "

"Apple river house was very pleasant, easy to find everything, plenty of space for large get togethers. Great access to the Apple river if you are interested in tubing and very close to the cedar lake raceway. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again."

"We had a wonderful few days at this rental. The rental listed is found as detailed in the description. The walk down to the water is steep but has a nice view from the top of the hill and house. During our stay we fished from the pier, used the paddle boats and row boat provided. The lake is not super busy and relatively quiet. Hung out by the fire pit and enjoyed relaxing. The kids and adults enjoyed playing the yard games provided. We went to a few breweries and cheese places that are close....
