“Great stay in this cute 1 bedroom. It's one building away from the beach entrance. This is the beautiful view from the chairs outside the door. Its set up with 2 full beds in the bedroom and a queen in the main room. Full kitchen with some basic supplies. We brought what we needed and cooked most of our meals. Walking distance to restaurants, the pier, and mini golf. We had a blast”

“Yes. Place was very clean. Did not have personal contact with anyone but excellent arrival instructions. The suggestion I have is when you have guests staying more than 3 nights, provide more than 1 set of bath towels per guest. I’m not on vacation to do laundry”

“It was very clean and furnished well Great view of the beach and the water. Condo on third floor walk up with 2 bedrooms and one bath on the 4rth floor also with full bath on the main living area which was helpful.Parking very limited with a space in ground area garage for two small cars one behind the other. Does not work if one is SUV or a truck. Otherwise parking on Grand Avenue”

“The photos represent almost exactly what you'll get. The condo had a great balcony which we loved. When I had to contact the owner, I had an immediate response. It was clean. I'd stay here again!”

“Great location, was clean and looks updated. 2 issues: 1. Toilet would not fill properly. We had to lift lid and trip the valve. Host said it will be fixed. 2. Could use a better mattress in master bedroom. Otherwise place is great!”

“Jason was very responsive to all my questions. While the house is an older building everything was working well and we had a great time. The only problem was the first night one of the bedrooms was cold. As we found out the next morning, one of the windows was slightly open. Once it was closed it warmed up quickly.”

“Needs to be modernized! Paint peeling everywhere and cleaning is an afterthought. It’s also not easy for walking back the room. All directions are straight up hill so be prepared. ”
