“Perfect place if you're looking to be directly across from the beach. If you stay in the main building, your balcony will face it. Staff is amazing and helpful! Patrick let us know of the great near by restaurants as well. Will come back for sure!”

“Breakfast was good - variety of choices. Wish they offered fresh muffins. Was a little disappointed with the evening menu. Have stayed here a few times and always looked forward to the dining experience. Found the menu to be limited and basic. The restaurant staff was obviously short handed probably due to new immigration standards however the staff were readily available to help and always pleasant serving with a smile. Room was clean and appropriately decorated. Have stayed at this property……

“The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. The view from our balcony room overlooking the Ogunquit river was beautiful and tranquil. The breakfast included was better than average with many offerings including warm entrees. Nice comfy robes (even slippers included) was a bonus.”

“The location was great, the AC had mold. Our sink had a leak, but they fixed within the hour. The shower was horrible, no storage in the bathroom. And the carpet needs to be replaced, did not feel comfortable walking barefoot. Overall would not stay again”

“The property was beautiful and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We did not partake in the continental breakfast, as we preferred to go out and try the local restaurants for breakfast, but we did get food and drinks at the on-site patio bar "The Helm"; the food was delicious and the bartenders were more than willing to re-create a custom frozen drink for me that I first had on a previous trip to Aruba. Very personable staff and good customer service 👍”

“Came for a short weekend stay with family of 4. The room was a good size. The location was fantastic - steps to beautiful beach and easy walk to the pier with amusement park. The ocean view from our room was obstructed by one of the cottages and the property is older, but the beach location made up for it. We also enjoyed the beachfront hot tub and heated pool. Check in and out was easy.”

“very clean place a lil older but staff and owners was very nice awesome pool the breakfast was a lil small no eggs or protein but good for coffee n muffin .. lotsa of stuff to do around there tons of beaches and restaurants was good . close to york beach and ohunquit beaches”
