“We had a great stay here on the weekend of July 4th, ocean view and lots of people watching going out the beach, right from our room in our two recliner chairs. It was a quick walk out to the festivities and we could see the fireworks from our room once we decided to go back. We saw a deer right out our window grazing. The hotel was very walkable to stores, restaurants and shops. The room was clean and updated, the owner was super nice.”

“The place was beautiful. The flowers, sauna, pool amd ocean are a plus! This is the oldest standing hotel in Washington. The rooms are so cool! The staff is super nice, the pub/bar was awesome. The balcony views were great. The room was clean. Ps. Its haunted”

“What a great little one night stay! I wished we had booked longer but there is always next year. It started out great before we even left when the owner reached out about a 7/3 cancel and offered it. We wish we could have taken it! The suite was excellent for 3 adults and 3 kids. The owners pets are too cute and there were dog bowls for our doggy. Great socked kitchen, coffee and spices for food. There is an Espresso cart on site and the ma'am you made a great dirty chai! The fire pit is cute……

“A great stay in Astoria, very comfortable room and lovely reception, very helpful. On street parking was simple. The perfect location to explore Astoria on foot. We walked all over and had a brilliant time. We stayed in king suite A which was great but it was very noisy as the door opened right to the reception, and not everyone respected quiet hours. They did provide earplugs, which was helpful. Sisu brewery was a great spot for food and drinks and had table service, vs the Fort George across……

“Lack of timely communication on the part of staff. They didn’t respond to text messages until we were an hour away from checking out and even then did not have an answer to any of my questions. The unit had a very dirty floor (we had to keep our shoes on at all times), and they left a nasty, dirty broom near the couch. Dust everywhere, on ledges, baseboards, lightbulbs. Toilet was dirty. The bunk bed smelled bad and there were yellow stains on the pillow. They have a very far left-leaning……
