“Location was great…property was peaceful and well kept. Felt safe to walk to dining and grocery. We did enjoy our stay here however i need to point a couple of concerns out… The couch really needs to be steam cleaned or replaced. It was stained and dirty, we placed a sheet on cushions in order to sit on it. Floors did not look dirty but when i wiped spilled water from it the napkin turned black. I clorox wiped the floor just to feel comfortable. I think housekeeping needs to be more detailed……

“Was here over 30 years ago and don't remember it being this beautiful! Grounds are immaculate and constantly being groomed. Peace and absolute quiet. Understated elegance, (rustic), quiet, absolutely professional staff all around---from the front gatehouse to the car valet. Friendly staff always wanting to make sure you enjoy the day and the sunset---without being intrusive. Food is outstanding ---quality beyond 5 stars. Went to two other restaurants because of recommendations; would have been……

“Most of the time, the pictures make the rental look better than it is. In this rare case, it was the opposite. The pictures made the place look fantastic, but it was even better in person. Very clean. Very luxurious. Private entrance and garage. Multiple private balconies. Everything is within walking distance. Great for families with kids. Couldn’t ask for a better location. ”
