“Prima kamer.”

“I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. From the moment I walked into the hotel, the experience was unacceptable. When I arrived to check in, the receptionist was arguing with a customer on the phone who was trying to sort out a reservation. While I understand that difficult situations happen, it was not a welcoming first impression. After checking in, I was given a room that had clearly not been cleaned. There was food and drinks left on the table, fake hair in the bathroom trash……

“This property was conveniently located near Frederick Meijer Gardens which was a beautiful place to visit. It also is a great venue for concerts. It was a short drive from the hotel which was very practical. The breakfast options were good. The staff in the breakfast area was helpful. The area was relatively quiet. We would stay here again.”

“Room 306 has a weird clacking sound that happens twice in the middle of the night. Just a quick clack at around 12:30 am then again around 1 am. Sounds like someone unlocking the deadbolt on the door. Not sure if it's the refrigerator, maybe. But other than that it was a really good stay. Thanks”

“Room I was given was on the first floor, I had requested second floor so that was rearranged immediately, great! However, that room wasn't cleaned well and smelled bad so I was quickly given another room which was better. Fridge wasn't great, took days to just cool some bottled water and "freezer" compartment was overflowing with frost. After 3 days I hadn't gotten any fresh towels and only had my wastebaskets emptied once so I complained to front desk. I was told they were short-staffed and……

“Because my family was attending the tennis state final, we stayed in this hotel. The hotel facilities are average, but the price is relatively expensive, perhaps because of the peak season.”

“The staff were great. The place was modern and very clean. For being so new I expected a closet and an iron, which the room did not have. I made due. I also expected housekeeping for being there three nights. I saw nothing about no housekeeping. I saw a sign about reusing towels, which we did. On the last day I had to go down to request more toilet paper. The hot water is a problem. I love the green initiative but having to let the water run for 10 minutes to get warm water and have it on full……

“Room was clean and crisp. Microwave and refrigerator worked accordingly. Would stay again. ”
