“The stay was great, clean room, nice amenities. $200 will be held on hold from your bank or credit card account as a deposit upon check in. It will NOT be reversed upon checkout as was told by front desk. “Oh yeah, it’ll go right back there tomorrow when you check out!”. Not just a card on file for incidentals. I think this should be more clear. It wasn’t an issue for me, but people should be aware of how this ACTUALLY works. Honesty goes a long ways. While the room and everything else was……

“Our room keys didn’t work initially, the staff gave us the keys but didn’t actually check us in. The TV in our room didn’t work, they had to send a guy down to fiddle with it before it turned on. There was a lamp in the room that could only be turned off by unplugging it. The room was clean, the bed was comfy. Excellent hot breakfast. And the staff were friendly.”

“Once I arrived to hotel, front door had written signs posted to use other door with an arrow pointing to that door. The front desk receptionist was pleasant and helpful. My room was clean but small. The bathroom was huge, it was handicapped accessible. I felt like it should’ve been given to someone who needs it but ok. The 1st night I c/o neighbor slamming door when in and out of their room, turns out it was the employee. It was non stop from time I got there to my check out time. I was there……
