"The stay was excellent, from the first reservations manager, Mr. George, to the youngest people in the building, Chef Mohamed, Chef Ahmed, and all the chefs. Frankly, the utmost kindness and respect, the utmost politeness, and upscale treatment. I highly recommend it. It is a respectable and large hotel, and all its employees are very respectful."

"Lovely hotel in a great location but could be a bit more sensitive to the environment by eliminating plastic spoons and single use plastic cups and glasses. Food was wholesome but simple and could do with a bit more variation. Hotel coral reef was stunning with lifeguard on duty. Choice of all inclusive alcohols (both local and non-local) was rather limited."

"The staff were very helpful and kind however the room was basic which was fine but it was dirty and the bathroom was really dirty and disgusting. The water wouldn’t work in the evenings, the toilets was dirty and almost coming out the floor, the fittings were never cleaned either."
