"The poor attitude at the check-in was unpleasant. This 4pm check-in is a poor service and I am not staying here again. I had to change in the fitness room to go to my meetings after a 10hour flight since they weren't able to find me a room at 2:30pm. The room and the facility is extremely old and need renovation URGENTLY! No refrigerator in the room just didnt surprise me. Overall bad experience"

Windows definitely are not soundproof or even slightly noise reducing, street noise (sirens, horns, etc.) was prevalent all night, but hey, it is the city! Other issue is lack of elevators. Be prepared to wait! Overall though, excellent experience and great location just south of central park next to Columbus Circle and Carnegie Hall."
