Rodeway Inn Albany

Rodeway Inn Albany

8/10 Good
"The Rodeway Inn is one of the few motels in Albany, all of which are close to I-5. We use it because it is very reasonably priced and convenient for an annual event that starts at the Linn County Fairgrounds/Expo Center each year. It is just off of US20, which gives a direct route into downtown Albany. The Rodeway's rooms are clean and comfortable, and decent value for the price. There is loads of parking. One new addition this year is an outdoor roller skating rink on formerly unused land near the motel. There was music booming from it, but they stopped by 10pm - it was audible inside our room, but not overly loud (the air conditioner drowned it out)."

Best Western Plus Prairie Inn

10/10 Excellent
"Everyone was very friendly. 3 kids, 2 adults and 1 dog, stressed and our new place wasn't ready for us to move in yet. But the staff here were great! Even with a misunderstanding (my side) it was handled respectfully and professionally. Our kids are pretty well behaved but I was prepared if stress may affect them, but they actually did great and staff was really good to them. Our youngest liked to go sit in the lobby, have a snack & read. All of us enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Kids kept saying how nice the staff was. During such an unexpected, overwhelming stressful time in our lives, I am glad we were able to stay here. We felt very comfortable there and I hope we were good to them as well. We truly appreciated them!"
