“I gave this stay excellent ratings across the board because, while it wasn’t a luxury hotel experience, they did an amazing job with what they have in such a remote location. The domes were clean, warm, and ready for us on time. The staff was very attentive and seemed to be constantly working to make sure everyone had hot water, clean facilities, warm bedding, and good food. They also offered inexpensive home-cooked meals, plus fun little extras like snacks and hot cocoa for our family. The……

“I booked and paid for a King room with a balcony several months before our trip. When we arrived we put a room with a sort of balcony, closed in with the diners from the Cafe next door (which they owned) less inches from our room. There was absolutely no privacy whatsoever. When I initially complained I was told the Cafe shuts at 7pm so there will be no one there after that . To make things worse my card was charged for the room a second time on check in.
