Available this summer: 1700 sq ft. Clarksville/Tarrytown mid-century modern 3 bed/2 bath w/ backyard. Available May 24-August 1. High ceiling open kitchen, living & dining.  One of best n'hoods in Austin - 5 min west of downtown. 5-10 min walk to Deep Eddy pool, Juiceland and Lake Austin walking/bike path. Famous Mozarts coffee with free live music in walking dist. Tennis court/track across street.  
If needed, a whole lot of baby gear for use: Snoo, changing dresser, auto recliner, baby swing.

$3300/month. Or full term of 10 weeks at $3,000/month ($7,000).
