“Front desk Jayden was very welcoming, kind and informative. Clean room, great location.”

“The room and hotel were very clean. The breakfast was very good and fresh. The hotel is a bit dated but the views are beautiful. When we were there the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs. This didn't affect us but it may have been a problem for others since it's wasn't disclosed at booking.”

“The staff was great. The room was huge. I did not sleep well because the pillow was really bad. Location was great with nearby access to many places. There also was an odor we struggled with, but went to store and got air-freshners. ”

“The Lodge was beautiful and well-staffed and maintained. Unexpected for a State Park. The restaurant, Cascades, was also over-the-top good. All the staff were courteous and helpful and made my stay so enjoyable. Also the mountain park is absolutely gorgeous. The view from the Lodge is breathtaking!”

“When we checked in the lady was very nice and pleasant. The room was okay somewhat out dated more than expected. The mattress was not comfortable at all. The young man that was there the next morning was not very friendly. The breakfast was not at all what the lady said it was going to be. Hard boiled eggs that were not done, mini sausages biscuits that were still frozen from the box they were dumped out of, gravy made in a coffee pot that was watered down. The young man only had on one glove……
