“The room was clean and the property is in a very convenient location. The pool was a welcome relief after playing gold in 100 degree weather.”

I wish this had been clearly advertised BEFORE I booked. Instead, the information about there being no front desk service after 8:00 PM was in small print that I did not see until after booking. If something happened during the night or a guest needed assistance, there was no one available at the front desk. I have traveled and……

We requested ground level due to medical issues but instead was given a room in the center of the 3rd floor thus the farthest to walk. Apparently you can pay a fee to get ground level.”
