The staff member on check-in was polite and helpful but we didn’t interact with any other staff member until check-out having only stayed one night. Parking was plenty but this property is not within a walkable distance of much in terms of things to do; not an issue for us but worth considering if you wish to stay and do things locally. "Booked large room for 6 people. What I did was call at noonish to tell front desk I was confirming reservation and that I would be checking in after 8 pm. Desk confirmed I can come as late as I needed to At arrival front desk told me all larger rooms given out and was unable to meet my reservation, Tried to give me a one bed and one couch room. I told him to check again that I had called and promised my room. That I could not accept a one bed and couch room. My 3 children are huge....
